Sign up now for the Andover High School Girls Summer Training Program. This important program includes six weeks of intense on and off ice training to improve skills, game sense and build team unity.
The program is open to all girls from U14 through High School.
Summer training will be led by head coach Ben Monahan and assistant coach Melissa Sailor. Joe Long, head coach of the Minnesota Junior Hockey League's Edina Lakers, will also bring his coaching experience to Andover to complement the Summer Training Program.
"Coach Sailor and I are very excited to have Joe Long at our camp this year," Said Ben Monahan. "Coach Long has had a very impressive career as a coach and as a player. His experience preparing 16-20 year old boys for the college ranks will add a dynamic new perspective to our program. Expectations for girls hockey have grown in Andover with a number of alumni playing Division I college hockey and a talented and experienced team returning for the 2012-13 season."
